I petition to make all Fireworks legal in all states.  This will create jobs and help people celebrate with no restriction.  This petition will create so much more fun for everyone, and who doesn't like that?  The current injury rate is only about 3%.  Which is not very large, and I highly doubt it will increase.  Also if you don't like fireworks, your probably not American.
