    Comments: Yet another example of the Council focusing on the wrong issue. City of Culture... Drug Culture, Work-Shy Culture Culture of Violence. How about our Council look to solve some of the real problems and not gaining a meaningless title that attempts to paint over our reputation?! It is stunts like this that result in complete apathy to politics and a lack of faith in our politicians.
