A number of responsible dog walkers and pet sitter like myself have raised concerns that there are no regulations enforcing dog walker/pet sitter to have insurance of obtain a disclosure. This is a position of care and trust often being a key holder and caring for not only the family pet but also the security of the owners home. Also another concern is reports of dog walker walking up to 12-14 dogs at any one time. This is unacceptable and no way can one person control and pick up after all these dogs at once.
