Dear Decision Maker; We the undersigned, petition the state legistlature and the Governor of the State of Hawaii, and all of its county counsels, to legally list crystal meth as a bioterroism agent within the State of Hawaii. Currently, the State of Hawaii and its counties, have no anti-crystal meth laws in place, which do not state that the making, manufacture, or distribution of crystal meth is illegal. Crystal meth is [at this time] regarded by the public and law enforcement officals as a drug; but crystal meth itself needs to be listed as a bioterroism agent, instead of as a drug. This is because during its manufacture, its by-products are released into the air, water, and soil, by the very person who is illegally producing it. Thus, the air, soil, and water of the land becomes polluted, and unuseable for the production of food, agricultural use, and the enviromentsl production and manufacture of oxygen by trees and plants that are effected by its by-products. In addition, it is a bioterroism agent which negetively effects all living things; including animal, fish, plant, and human life. The Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005 of the USA Federal Governemnt, was passed as part of the USA Patriot Act, which placed several restrictions on all forms of methamphetamines, including the legal forms of the drug. Please introduce state and county legislative law, which will list crystal meth as a bioterroism agent, and the producers thereof, as bioterrorists to the enviroment, our soil, air, drinking and ocean waters, animal and plant life, and the very public itself; along with very stife penalties for its manufacture, production, distribution, and use; to life in prision, or even the death sentence, for offenders.
