Christopher Newport University requires freshmen and sophomores living on campus to spend $1,875 dollars on meal plans every semester. It is a waste of money and food for so many students, so it should be optional. It would be the student's choice to be responsible for making their own food if they opted out, but there would at least be an option. Help prevent wasting food and money, sign this petition.
