My name is Sabrina Rizzuto,my husband was ordered to leave Canada on March 5 2013.We have been married for twelve years and have two daughters together aged twelve and ten.My husband had to leave Canada because of past Minor convictions of DUI that go back almost 14 years ago, before I met him.In 2002 Immigration Canada didn't send him back to Chile because they believed he should stay with his family.At that time we only had one daughter.We were very happy with that.But on December 2006, Montreal police stop him while driving a friend home,and gets accused of driving under the influence.But this time it was not true.My husband could not let this one go,he admits to his past convictions but not this one.He fought till the end and never gave up,until finally after three years and six months he was aquitted.The Montreal Police could not prove it they tried everything to convict my husband and let this process go on for over three years.But it still wasn't enough to be aquitted.The Parole Board Of Canada still refused him a pardon for his convicton of 14 years ago:why? All because of December 2006,something he has no conviction for,something he got aquitted for.So with no Pardon he had to go back to Chile.He tried to apply for a Temporary Visa but was refused.Even if he has his own company,a home he has to pay mortgage on,two kids a wife,they just didn't care.The pain I feel just to see my daughters suffer and cry,hearing my husband cry when he calls me,it's just too heartbreaking.My husband Christian Contreras didn't deserve this and neither did we.So please sign,my husband is one of the greatest husband and father.
