Comments: I`m fed up with parcels going astray, never turning up, parcels taking too long to arrive, and your post offfices all singing from different hymn sheets so as to speak, one charging one price and the other end charging to collect cos it`s under stamped.

Comments: I disagree with the continual closure of small post offices and i find it appalling that post can be lost or mislaid, i think the postal system could do with a radical shake-up and proper charges for parcels and post the same throughout the UK.

Comments: I don't think it's fair on people like myself who make our own cards and we are charged alot more for them cause of how thick they are. I would understand if they were heavy in weight.

Comments: I do not believe we are getting the service we are paying for on the majority of occasions. Post Office staff need to be more consistant with their charging as this is causing many problems when we get our post weighed and then at the other end they make the receipient pay extra for it! Not on. smacks of fraud!

Comments: Charging more for a card that may have something stuck on the front of it is a scandal. The Post Office are just making money out of something that does not make the card weigh very much more than the original card would have.

Comments: I often get envelopes (A5) stuff thought the lettter box that are folded over, and on the envelope it says "Please do not bend". They never seem to notice to comment, but they soon notice if the amount of postage is incorrect !, yet Junk mail -addresses to the occupier - is never damaged !!!

Comments: I recently had a letter delivered that had come to my address from not more than half a mile away. The postman left a lovely little card for me to trek just over a mile and a half away for me to go and collect the lovely letter and then they had the audacity to charge me
