Name: Jenny Young on Jun 25, 2007Comments: I disagree with the continual closure of small post offices and i find it appalling that post can be lost or mislaid, i think the postal system could do with a radical shake-up and proper charges for parcels and post the same throughout the UK.Flag

Name: Debi on Jun 25, 2007Comments: I do not believe we are getting the service we are paying for on the majority of occasions. Post Office staff need to be more consistant with their charging as this is causing many problems when we get our post weighed and then at the other end they make the receipient pay extra for it! Not on. smacks of fraud!Flag

They never seem to notice to comment, but they soon notice if the amount of postage is incorrect !, yet Junk mail -addresses to the occupier - is never damaged !!!Flag

The postman left a lovely little card for me to trek just over a mile and a half away for me to go and collect the lovely letter and then they had the audacity to charge meFlag
