We at 148 Mansfield Av have 22 appartments and would like to have our mail delivered at our own appartments. The parking lot is icy making it difficult to cross to get the mail.The locks freeze on the existing mail boxs because they out in the open,also making it difficult, and sometimes imposeable to get.
