Have MJ Plus, same thing! Have called support several times and all they do is send me a download and it doesn't work. My friends still complain!

Crystal clear on my end, call recipients report beep tones while I am talking to them. Bad enough to obscure my voice.

I will assume that they know about the problem and really hate it. It works superbly except for that and would hate to have to rip them out (3 of them) and go to another voip
The beeping occurs very often!
MagicJack beeps several times in a few minutes.
If I want touch tone capability, then I am stuck with the beeping to the listener. If it can't be resolved soon, I will have to end my long MJ relationship.
Beeping at caller end is not acceptable..
Beeping in my callers ears...when it actually rings in. Magic jack using poor folk to turn a dime- no crime to be poor and hope/buy into a cheap phone alternative. shame on you.

I am so sick of this, have been using magic j for almost 10 years and now it starts beeping in peoples ears.
if this problem doesn't get fixed soon I want to stop this service and get a full refund, i am aggravated. I need someone to come to my home and fix it, I am a senior citizen and cannot do all these things to fix it.
Ridiculous; please fix it.

I've been using MagicJack for 4 or 5 years including a recent upgrade to MagicJack plus. I have always had this beeping problem but it seems to be getting worse.
