Fireworks have long been a staple in the celebration of Americas Independence, but not in Massachusetts. In MA they believe in "spare the child, spoil the object". When Fireworks were outlawed in MA, and deemed contraband to own Ignorance surely ruled the day. When a Child hurts himself in MA they blame the object or the activity, instead of the negligence of the parent to be informed of the implied risk. As was the case with the bill submitted in regards to helmets during Sledding. Another thing, what right does government have to abolish a patented us product that harms less people than bicycles? Please join me in supporting a great cause, and abolishing the reign of ignorance in MA. While also giving us back an American tradition. "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness".
its ridiculous that I have to drive to NH just to get some sparklers for the 4th. legalise them already MA, we are fully capable of lighting a fuse without blowing our hands off.
