"Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome" (1985) is the third chapter in the universally acclaimed and visionary Mad Max trilogy (1979-1985) - conceived, written and directed by Australian film-maker George Miller. An upcoming reimagining of the trilogy, "Mad Max: Fury Road", starring superstars Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron, is coming to theatres on June 2015.

"Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome", starring Mel Gibson and Tina Turner, has been launched as blu-ray release in the video market on June 04, 2014. Problem is, the image picture is polluted by heavy telecine judder and flickering, starting from the opening titles until the very end of the movie.

Since the Mad Max movies are considered as some of the most influential pictures in the sci-fi and action genres of all times, we would like to know they have been properly and fairly preserved on HD at 2K/4K right from the original negatives, without unbearable problems like telecine judder, flickering and gate wave issues.

Said that, the movie has two deleted scenes:

(scenes filmed but cut from the final film)

1) Max comforting the dying Gekko while facing Bartertown from the desert dunes and telling him it's Tomorrowmorrow Land (this scene can be glimpsed in the Tina Turner video for "We Don't Need Another Hero".)

2) Max waking in Crack in Earth in the middle of the night and remembering his wife Jessie and crying, realising he is no better than the people he has hunted for so long.

We would like to see those on HD too, as extras.

We trust in the Warner Bros. company and believe "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome" deserves a telecine judder-free treatment and some relevant extras.

Thank you so much!
