Comments: We should not be supporting China. I hate the fact that most companies I deal with buy from China and I have no control or choice in the matter. Let's do something.

Comments: I am sure that the "Free Trade" practices of the United States is continuing to displace the manufacturing sector of our Country with low pay service jobs. The solution to correct this is complex and elusive but action must be take by our elected Representitives before further jobs are lost to foreign low cost labor!

Comments: Consumers certainly have a right to know basic product information. Some don't care if the product is made by slave labor; some do. Let's at least provide the information so consumers can make an informed choice.

Comments: In the 1970's I worked for a retail chain. it was during that time that I learned that it was required by law that ALL products had to have some kind of label that identified the place of maufacture on them. This was the result of public outcry after the second world war when our corporations started contracting with Japan for goods. The American public back then demanded th same "Right to choose". I didn't know that that law had been repealed.
