Clutch Shudder on Suzuki m109r motorcycles

This petition was drawn up to address the issue of clutch shudder design flaw in some or all Suzuki Boulevard m109r model motorcycles. This clutch shudder problem seems to be widespread with all year models and mileage counts alike. It happens on low mileage bikes, it happens on high mileage bikes, it happens when cold staring, it happens with different grades of oil. It is very random and we strongly feel this problem should be addressed in a recall manner. We want our m109r's fix under a recall.

  • AMADOU D I bought my motorcycle M10R Limited 2011 NEW on march 2012. The motorcycle has always shifted hard from first to second gear.
On April 2015 I was riding for about a hour everything was fine until I merged to a main Highway and I noticed the loss of power at 55 mph . was stuck in the a
center line where cars are going 80 to 85 miles.i was attempting to pass a car but the bike was loosing power rapidly it was not going faster than 40 mph.
I tried shifting up and starting having problems shifting at all. I was lucky to be able to pull to the side of the road . the bike engin cutoff as soon i hit the break.
I took the bike to the shop and they said the clutch and the clutch basket were gone.
Searching the internet for the cause and I discovered similar complaints. when Suzuki will fix the problem? THIS IS NOT THE WAY OF LIFE!. SHAME ON YOU SUZUKI!
