PETITION

We the undersigned affirm we are residents and/or property owners within Clark County (with signatures, addresses, telephone numbers and date signed). We, the undersigned, expressly desire that the 130+/- acre parcel of land (APN 162 14 501 002), currently known and operated as the Las Vegas National Golf Course remain in perpetuity a public facility / golf course as indicated in conformance with the Winchester/Paradise land use plan adopted August 3, 2005.
