Name: Lori Quadros on Aug 8, 2011State: MassachusettsCountry: United StatesComments: To: Perry Chapdelaine, regarding comments made on Oct 25, 2002: Perry, you made comments about the sponsor in your comments here. Saying you don't know why she just doesn't use alternative/complimentary medicine to cure her disease instead of fighting the classification. Obviously, you know nothing at all about Lupus, because if you did, you would not have said such things. There is NO cure for Lupus. Sure, we can take handfuls of medicine, in the hopes that they might (MIGHT!) alleviate (not cure!)some of the symptoms. But then there is the whole tolerance issue. Because for some of us, with the types of symptoms we have, and the medications we take, we can build up tolerances, and then have to start all over again from scratch, trying to find another medication that will help us feel even the slightest bit better. Since medications are constantly being created, changed and updated - this can be an unending battle. So, before you start throwing around remarks like those you previously made, that clearly show your arogance, it might be a good idea to study up a bit on the topic to which you are commenting.Flag
