It has came to many a player's attention that it is nearly impossible to connect to ijji's Luminary: Rise of the Goonzu server. Many has tried but had made failed attempts to correct this issue with unorthodox ways and manners. Many has reported the problem but given no answer to whether or not the issue is currently being corrected or even known to the Luminary staff.
We, the undersigned, feel that we are being ignored and wish that the staff will please acknowledge this problem and remedy this issue ASAP. We feel that the staff has been treating us in unfairly. Even for a free service this is unorthodox.
