This petition is to help start and provide a theory of why I believe 18-20 year old adolescence should be able to engage in on any casino in Missouri. My theory is when you turn 18 years old, you are able to purchase lottery tickets some being able to win up to $3,000.00. If an 18-20 year old is able to take a risk with their money just like a 21-100 year old adult, then why isn't it applicable for them to be able to take that risk on a casino? Sure their are lots of bars on a casino but essentially owners can have a specific side just for 18-20 year olds limiting them to such games as slots or video poker. I believe this is an excellent theory giving the fact that I gave an example of the same, yet different way of 18-20 year old gamblers to a 21-100 year old adult gambler ,stating a strategic way of us young adults to play on the casino.
