I think it's time EVERYONE reduces their carbon footprint and everyone should be eco-friendly. Some people do not go ecofriendly either because they do not have the facilities to do so or it is just being lazy. I think recycling should be more rewarding so I think if you recycle every week, you should get rewarded. E.G. Someone should write down the house numbers every so often that are doing it and their house bills should be reduced. If you agree with me, please sign.
