Because, General public should beware of this site as they are frauds and had cheated me by 1. selling a defective shelf life lost batterty pack 2. Used only for three days and as the advertisement of Lt-Box stated 3 hour contitunous use was a false advertisement and only could be used for 20 minuted when a battery loss red light appears 3.When I asked to purchase a new battery, the LT box stated that they do not sell the replacement battery pack and directed me to anoither web site to purchase a different battery pack 4. As no replacement was made in good faith, I paid and ordered the new type battery pack which according to the link of the seller included the battery pack and the canvas battery pouch to hold the said pack on to the bicycle handle bar. 5. Also the lights assembly did not have a proper screw type fixture but a rubber band connection which easy prey for thieves and can be removed with ease and moving and unsteady. 6. After payment of futher 25 US$, The new type battery pack arrived late and shipped carelessly in a papaer wrapped package intead of a proper box but less the pouch. 7. After writing to this fraudualent seller, no replies were recieved about the pouch 8. As payments were made by Paypal, I filed the resolution and the Claim was concluded in my favour but the Paypal decision was accord to Chinese fraud's request was to return the battery back by a tracking # postage and recieve the refind of 25US$!. Paypal is always have been deceptive and manipulative in resolution settle menbts to these sellers whom they side. 9. So, to recieve 25 US$ I have to spend 27 US$ EMS Japan to China and also I am left with no battery pack to use my lights. 10. I was defrauded by LT-Box for 100 US$ total and I was cheated by the LT-Box Company Wherefore, All buyers of cycle lights beware and take care of this cheat. Thank You Lakshman DeSilva
