Community: facilitating youth-adult partnerships and creating vital roles for youth locally

Sustainability: considering natural systems, economic systems, and social equity in the development and implementation of our programs and practices

Empowerment: preparing youth as community organizers and leaders so they can advocate for issues of importance to them

Creativity: Creating space for artistic expression and using the arts as a means to inspire social change

Education:
Strengthening youth knowledge pertaining to local issues

Enhancing community dialogue about youth engagement

Broadening the definition of youth

Changing underlying perceptions about youth

Creating a positive image of youth in our community
