The undersigned members representing twenty percent (20%) or more of the membership of the Lower Paxton Aquatic Club ("LPAC"), pursuant to Pennsylvania's Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988 (the "NP Corp. Law"), 15 Pa.C.S.§ 5755 and Sections 6.3 and 7.9(b)(2) of the LPAC By-Laws, hereby petition that the Board of Directors of LPAC (the "Board") set a special membership meeting for February 16, 2014, at a time and place to be provided for by notice, for the purpose of election of Members and Officers of the Board of Directors and that notice and ballots be sent by the Board to the membership as provided for in Subchapter A of the NP Corp. Law, 15 Pa.C.S.§ 5701-5708, and Sections 6.2, 6.3, 7.2, 7.6 and 7.9(b)(2) of the LPAC By-Laws.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The undersigned members representing twenty percent (20%) or more of the membership of the LPAC or more of the membership of the LPAC further petition the Board to take all the steps necessary in accordance with the provisions of the LPAC By-Laws, to implement the terms set forth in detail in the following page of this Petition (Appendix "A") pertaining to the following requirements for said election:
