Je demande une diminution du loyer à Perronet!

En tant qu'élève de l'ENPC logeant à la résidence Perronet, je demande une dimunition du loyer, qui me paraît anormalement élevé par rapport aux prestations accordées, à la situation géographique de mon loyer et aux prix du marché environnant, ainsi que par rapport au prix des autres résidences des grandes écoles.
