According to the WVS 2013 approved budget, we will finally reach the recommended Reserve balance for our community this year (or next at the very latest) which is great news. With this milestone about to be reached, please sign this petition (please include your unit number for accuracy) if you are in favor of lowering the WVS 2014 condo dues and it will be presented to the Board of Directors.
