Sing this Petition to help Lower the base Rates in Colville Washington,charging us Extra After We colville Residents pay between $112 to $120 for base rates each month as well as not replacing every single water/sewer line unless absolutely necessary,Also making it to were we the public get included on the decision of what gets replaced when and make it were they need the public's vote for how they use our tax payers money and not charge us the consumption rate at any time of the year or change the base rate with out the public's voting.
