we in the greater west tx region are being charged insanely high prices for housing/rent. there are many people coming down for oilfield labor, thus renters believe everyone who at least in apartment homes are making this so called ''oilfeild'' wages. even those who are in oilfeild related jobs are not making as much as renters believe they are. we who still dont have perfect credit, or any established credit, who do not own our own home should have the ability to provide a well maintained living condition financially for our family. we need people to stand up, and sign this petition so maybe we can hopefully get rates down. some people would like to take their children to a ball game, or ice skating, or take their husband or wife out to a nice restaurant and movie. stand up for what you belive, and together we will make a change...
