There is an issue to be addressed by the Kaw City council on Tuesday 10/8/2013 at the regularly scheduled meeting, regarding the use of low speed vehicles as a form of transportation around the city. These vehicles include golf carts, ATV's, UTV's and possible others. The city may be determining: 1- Whether these vehicles of transportation should be allowed at all or not, and if allowed 2-What type of restrictions or regulations should be adopted to allow such vehicles to operate within the city limits and 3-On what surfaces they would be allowed to operate on. By signing this petition you are showing your support for allowing these types of vehicles use of the city roadway, under the laws adopted by the city of Kaw City whatever they may be.
