We the under signed people are tired of being woken up all hours of the night with loud booms that we were told is home made dynamite by the State Police. We are also tired of being woken up by the parties, the running up and down the roads all hours of the night with revving engines, starting of chain saws and shooting. We want it stopped PLEASE.
