My ex-wife was working for 4yrs until Child Support service decided to modify her child support. Since then, she quite her job and now living on her boyfriend or husband's income. She has filed a petition in court to adjust the child support. My question is, how do I file to the court to have her prove her income tax for the past 4 years. Which will reflect that she have been working and not reporting her income to child support and the court. Thanks.
