Longlake Rezoning Condition Amendment

Brentwood Estates behind Longlake has filed an application to modify its previously approved zoning application.

Brentwood Estates is currently required to maintain a thirty-five (35) foot undisturbed buffer along the common property lines with the Longlake Subdivision. They have requested the ELIMINATION of the buffer along the common property lines.

If their request is approved, Brentwood Estates homeowners will be able to clear and grade the area that is currently used to physically and visually separate our lands and mitigate adverse impacts from noise, odor, dust, fumes, glare, or unsightly storage or merchandise and/or materials.

The Board of Commissioners will consider the request on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 5:00 pm in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room.
