On Monday 11th June 2012 Ann-Marie Williams aged 3 years old was knocked down by a cyclist outside Quality Save on Longfield Shopping area, Prestwich, Bury. Ann-Marie broke her leg and a over night stay in Hospital. This is a no cycling area and is sign posted as such. We the under signed do not want this to happen to anyone else and are calling on Bury Council to have the signs enforced by the Police and to re-sign the area so that everyone entering the Longfield Shopping area can easily see the no cycling signs from where ever they enter the area.
