We the undersigned unit owners call for a special meeting of the Longfellow Condominium Homeowner's Association. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss serious concerns and grievances with the current Board of Directors. Pursuant to Article II, Section 4 of our Association's bylaws, which reads: "...upon a petition signed and presented to the Secretary by unit owners holding not less than 25% of the percentage interest in the condo..." We believe the current Board of Directors has not been functioning in compliance with the bylaws, and are not providing basic response and communication to key concerns of this community. This meeting shall be held on Tuesday February 19, 2013 at 7:30 pm in the community room located on the first floor of 738 Longfellow St NW.
