Name: Kit Wallen Russell on Nov 19, 2012Comments: I thought the London Varsity was THE most memorable night of my first year of University; to see this event, which contributes so much to a sense of community and well-being as a university, struck off, would be a travesty. Regarding croud issues, I always think there will be a healthy rivalry between the two unis, but does that mean stopping the whole event? I think the positives of the even far outway the negative issues, which in any case can be stopped!Flag

I feel I can never catch up. So.. I went to my coaches and approached them and they gave me some pointer. They told me to take longer strides, push back further with my skates, quick steps are only useful for the beginning of your take off. You need to push as hard as you can when taking these long strides, have your skates on the ice as long as you can before you take another. It takes time, but it will help you out. Don't worry, it sounds like you are already on the right track by asking for help. Another thing you can do is to talk to your own coach about it, he wants his or her players to do well, so chances are he or she will jump at the chance to give you some pointers. Good luck.Flag

Name: Rina on Mar 7, 2013Comments: Football players sulohd be running 3 kilometres a day and it sulohd take you around 15mins. Try aim for that time withen that distance and you sulohd be at the level of intermediate footballers. If you are not running 3ks within 15mins than you need to keep training untill you reach it. Good Luck!P.S If you don't use Kilometres in your country than convert it into miles using goggle unit converter'Flag
