Brighton & Hove Council are proposing a residents and metered parking scheme spanning the whole London Road area that, if it goes a head, will turn our streets into cheap car parks, reduce the amount of parking spaces for residents and by no means guarantee us a parking space and for this we are expected to hand over £106 per year. We are not opposing all parking schemes but we are opposing this one. If you are a resident that will be effected by this scheme, please think before you approve it, or you may be paying for this for years to come. By signing this petition, you will be voicing your concerns around the model of parking scheme, proposed by Brighton & Hove Council.
