This is a Petition for Lona Westcarth (DOB) 05/10/1979

 

SENTENCING SET FOR 03/09/2010 AT 08:00 AM IN ROOM 23D JUSTICE CENTER. She is Looking at up to 5 years in prison. She has 4 beautiful daughters all under the ages of 12. Lona attends two churches, The New testament House of God under the Leadership of Pastor R.L. Doss 11:00 am, and she attends The Prospering Circle Ministries under the Leadership of Pastor Andre & Althea Cavor, we Petition this Honorable Court on behalf of Lona Westcarth that we will stand behind her and assure this Honorable Court that if the Honorable Judge Kathaleen Sutula would allow her Community Control Sanctions, to our strongest ability and help you will never see her in your courtroom again, and if she does come here again we assure this Honorable Court that you will not see Pastor Doss, or Pastor Cavor or any of our members. We thank you so much for your consideration.
