Our proposition to Riot is simple:

1.) To install a system that forgives a losing team, in a handicap situation, and doesn't punish four or more innocent people because of one or more individuals.

2.) The opposing team must have a 4/5 vote of "yes" to pardon the team. If they choose yes and the handicapped team does indeed have an AFKer/leaver? The opposing team will receive a small LP bonus or bonus that Riot chooses.

3.) The pardoned players won't receive a deduction of LP. They will receive only a loss to their record.

4.) A system that punishes the offending player(s) and only the offending player(s). This can be a one game suspension, LP deduction or what ever Riot so chooses. Personally? I, the author of this petition, would suggest they stack bans onto accounts that requently leave games and abuse this system.

The purpose of such a system being implemented is to promote and produce a positive gaming environment and prevent players from feeling punisher because of one or more individual's actions.
