Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman was a television show starring Dean Cain as Clark Kent/Superman and Teri Hatcher as Lois Lane with a fabulous supporting cast. Unlike any incarnation before or after it, the show focused on the relationship between Clark Kent and Lois Lane. It humanized Superman and made the audience feel the struggle between Clark's desire to have a normal life and his need to help people. It was a blend of romance, comedy, action, adventure, and hope.

The show ran from 1993-1997 for 4 seasons. It left off on a cliff hanger because it was picked up for a 5th season, but did not return as planned due to unforeseen circumstances. There are many devoted fans who still wonder about what could have been, knowing the possibilities were endless.
