Dear writers, producers, and directors of the Love Comes Softly movie series:

We the undersigned are starting this petition to get Logan Bartholomew back in the Love Comes Softly movie series as Willie LaHaye. We've all seen the latest movie and are very disappointed that his character has been killed off. Why kill off a well loved character when he doesn't die in the books? If the character of Clark were killed off it wouldn't be right just like this isn't right! There would be a hole in the movie. People would be concentrating more on the fact that Clark had died than the movie itself. Plus, Clark is a main character so without him there would be no movie(s) and without the character of Willie there isn't a movie either.
People have written bad reviews about Love's Unending Legacy because of Logan no longer being apart of the movie series. Some people are saying they will boycott and not watch or purchase the next movie(s) because of this. The reason that has been given for Logan not returning is his age. What kind of reason is that? He's been in the movies thus far and he's done an incredible job. Why the sudden change? He could have been made up to look older. That's what makeup people are there for!
We all know that the characters of Missie and Willie are not mentioned in the books past Love's Abiding Joy but the movies are different. We've all come to love and cherish the LaHaye family and everything that they have been through. It isn't right to take away the head of that household and have him replaced with someone else.
We all have numerous reasons for wanting Logan Bartholomew back, he is so talented and he looked the part. Plus we can't picture the character of Missie with anyone else. Logan is an original cast member. If he is cut out/left out of the rest of the movies they won't seem the same. It'll be like a piece of the puzzle is missing.
