The Governor backed down and Hilton is serving her time behind bars. Justice is not up for sale in this state and you proved that by refusing to let her wealth buy special treatment. Keep watching them closely because we will not let them walk this back.

To: The Honorable Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger Paris Whitney Hilton is an American celebrity and socialite. She is an heiress to a share of the Hilton Hotel fortune, as well as to the real estate fortune of her father Richard Hilton. But this does not mean she should not be punished for her crimes. She was charged in a Los Angeles court with DUI and sentenced to 45 days in Century Regional Detention Facility in California beginning on or before June 5, 2007. This is a more than fair sentence. This petition is to ask Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to NOT pardon Paris Hilton for her crimes. We hope The Governor will understand this request.

The Governor thinks he can let Paris Hilton walk free just because of her last name. We are watching his office closely to make sure he knows that wealth is not a get out of jail free card for reckless endangerment.

Too many people think money buys a get out of jail free card. She broke the law just like anyone else. Lock her up!

She has zero respect for the law. Celebrity status shouldnt matter when you are putting peoples lives at risk.

Rules are rules. If I did that I would be sitting in a cell so why should she be any different? Send a message.

Seriously? People are actually asking for a pardon? Unbelievable. Let her serve the time she was given.
