COSCAP is the collective management organisation in Barbados, administering the rights of copyright owners in musical works -writers and publishers and the owners of sound recordings (record labels) and performers. Our mandate is to collect royalties on behalf of our members and international affiliates but we also support the development of the cultural industries generally. Especially music! Developing the music industry in any country means providing local creators the opportunity to be heard. We say, "Let our Barbadian and Caribbean creators be heard whatever the genre of music!"
