It has come to our attention that the NCHSAA may not replace Mr. Tom McKimmey with a local booking agent for soccer, volleyball, baseball and softball when he retires. We, the undersigned, are requesting that due to the unique nature of our area with all the supported schools being spread out over a large and somewhat isolated geographical area that Mr. McKimmey is replaced, when he retires or leaves, with a local booking agent. A local booking agent would know the area, know the schools and is knowledgeable of the officials. We do not want to be combined into an already existing association that is located outside our area. A single point of contact for all these sports much better suits our unique area.

We, the undersigned, formally request that the NCHSAA replace Mr. McKimmey, when he leaves, with a local booking agent.
