k, United States7 years ago Comments: I support this petition, but I have to say the following: Too bad. Move. You earn what the market will bear. Plain and simple. SC has a history of slave wages. It may never change. Most of the northerners used to higher wages, collective bargaining, etc., are of retirement age. They don't give a fig about you trying to get by. There are plent of communities in the US that would love to have you. Don't let emotional ties to a region destroy your present time on this earth. Most of my family lives in North Jersey. There is no way I could afford a home there, so I live comfortably in Indy.
