The musicians and arts community of Livingston plan to lobby the council of West Lothian in order to recieve funding, help or just the use of an already empty venue, in order to host live music events. Far too long has Livingston been without, since the Forum days and has never been brought to light since. Many have tried and failed and we believe the Council should shoulder some of the responsibility, to embrace an ever growing arts community in an ever expanding town. No more shops, houses and needless commerce builds, but something tangable for the music and arts community of all ages.
