Comments: I worked for liveops for 4 years now and have been very happy as an independant contractor, If I wanted to be an employee I would be working at someone's company working 9 to 5 on a daily basis if liveops becomes employee based company half of our agents will not have a job and have the flexability this job offers us. As an independant contractor for liveops I am able to choose my own schedule and provide work for this company when ever I want on a daily basis, I am a mother with four kids, and I really know what is to be and hourly employee, I have worked two jobs for over 10 years and still was not making enough to cover daycare and my bills, since I have been working at liveops I am able to be home when my kids gets home from shcool provide them with a hot meal daily and still be able to work at night when they are sleep and I am at home with them I don't have to find a babysitter or a 24 hour daycare for them, I have worked for West as well which is another company like liveops and when they convert to employees I was not able to get a schedule and most of their workers did not have a job anymore. With liveops I am able to make any amount I want being an independant contractor I can work anytime I want to, I think that this why we have so much people working for this company because it gives us freedom and provide us with the ability to make any amount we want, also being an employee we would not be able to make commissions like we do. I think that becoming an employee is a really stupid idea alot of single mothers and fathers will be out of a job call me if any more information 770-338-7968 or 770-338-8397

Comments: Hello my name is Sandra Sam and I work for liveops going on for about 4 years and never see any thing wrong in being an independant contractor I would love to stay this way because it gives me the freedom of making my own hours and I provide my family time and also my job and still be able to pay my bills and living paycheck to paycheck I am able to make as much as i want I can log in at any given time I choose to work and I think that is what every one needs I can take a vacation at any given time and don't have to put in a request I am 56 years of age and I worked all my life since I was 16 years of age working as an employee and taking care of my five children at times they was sick I could not take of because my boss says he needs me in to work now, I almost one of my kids because of that. I don't think that who ever is sueing liveops if they want to be an employee they need to go and work for a company working 9 to 5 where they have to get up early in the morning and beat the traffic and don't forget gas. Liveops is a live saver when my daughter told me about liveops I was so excited to work for them because I have been waiting for this kind of job for all my years of working please don't make us into employees, if we become employees half of us won't have a job and out of thousands of independant contractors there are only two bad apples to spoil the whole bunch. Please do not turn us into employees

Comments: I have been with liveops 4 years now I work for the army and liveops is my other source of income, with how the way things is in society now when you are the head of the household you have to have two jobs to make it especially when you own an home, I never had a problem working for liveops whenever I want to after a had days work and when being released from the fields from combact it is good to come home and put in some extra hours how I want and don't have be committed to provide service for as an employee, as an independant contractor it gives me the ability to work when I want to and don't have to dread to go to work because I have to abide by my schedule or else get fired this is not fair that you have to open a case for only two fools while we have thousands of other agents who likes working with freedom, this is why people work for liveops for the freedom and can make what ever they want on a two week basis. PLEASE DON'T MAKE US EMPLOYEES, SOMETIMES MY FAMILY DON'T SEE ME FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND TO MAKE SOME EXTRA FUNDS IT WILL BE HARD TO WORK A SCHEDULE JOB

Comments: Although I am very new with LO, it is nice to be able to choose my own hours and work in a safe comfortable enviroment. And why LO would make such a dramatic change and basically hurt so many people does not make any sense to me. Don't be like the rest of the companies in this world that don't care about their workers! Let us stay independant!

Comments: When I applied for a position with LiveOps over 4 years ago I was aware that I was an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. It was in the paper work I signed. I knew up front that I was not being hired as an employee. I knew the rate of pay. I know if you don't work you don't make money. And there is no such thing as over time unless you are an hourly employee. Salary employees don't even get paid overtime. The way of the working world is changing. A 9-5 employee status does not fit parents of the US anymore. We are tired of working our lives away outside of the house, tired of watching someone else raise our children with values that we do not agree with. Place like this give us the choice to stay home, have an income and raise our kids the way we want. Statistics say we are a growing number of the population and in 20 years IC's will out number office settings and employees. Someone always has to ruin a good thing.

Comments: I love LiveOps. The training I do is for product knowledge to help myself be better at my skills. Anytime I'm on a commit and it's slow, I do other things like pay bills or work a puzzle or learn more skills. I do not think of it as "free labor" but as a blessing for the flexibility of being able to earn income at home. I also have medical conditions and LiveOps allows me to work when I can not when I'm told too, don't take this away from me or many others who are very happy with our independant contractor status!!

Comments: Don't change a thing. Love the freedom of being able to care for Elderly Mother with severe health problems and not have to work a regular schedule to keep employed, When caring for a person with health problems one never knows when a crisis will arise. Being able to uncommit or take time off with the knowledge you still have a place to go to earn an income has been a great comfort to me. Please let it stay the way it is.

Comments: I feel that LiveOps is not or will never be considered as an employer nor will I be considered an employee. Working as an independant contractor to me, means that I dont have a specific amount, time to work, or a guided outcome(production or quota) that I must meet to obtain and remain employed. I work myself-I dont have these stipulations! I love contracting with LiveOps. I am a single, disabled parent with two children to whom the flexibility is very important with my health problems. And not mention, I homeschool my children. The main objective of "working from home" is to have the freedom of working for yourself, thus coming out of the "corporate job world"!

Comments: It has always been a clear understanding that I work for Liveops as a contractor and not as an employee. I enjoy and wish to continue to work for Liveops in the manner I am working currently. It was never implied by Liveops in any way or fashion that there is any overtime pay or other benefits that would be offered. Liveops has always been clear and upfront with their terms and understanding of the job requirements for the Independent Contractor

Comments: agent 27805 here, and YES I agree! Tried them all, and LO is the best to contract with, hands down. More freedom, get back what I put in, and always, always pays the full amount that I have earned.
