Presently, Charity Shops are only allowed dummy CCTV cameras. This encourages shoplifting and personal pickpocketing, which results in trauma and thousands of pounds. Why should we have to be at the mercy of thieves just because we are a Charity Every Charity Shop should have the same right to safety and security. We, the undersigned, would ask the Government to consider changing this senseless rule and changing our dummy cameras to proper working ones. They DON'T cost much to set up and run. Let's STOP these thieves helping themselves to stuff that don't belong to them. Let the Charities keep on doing a brilliant job in raising money for worthy causes. Thank you.
