As littering and pollution become more prevalent in our world today, It is a goal of mine to eliminate such threats to our beautiful world. Putting this petition in place will hopefully eliminate littering by careless people locally, regionally, nationally, and even internationally. This fine will differ from your ordinary littering or pollution fine however. My idea is to increase the amount of money that needs to be paid for each and every time that you litter or contribute to pollution in any way. For example, if you are charged with a littering fine for 200 hundred dollars, the next time you litter, you will be charged with 300 hundred dollars. In my mind, increasing the amount of money paid for each time you litter will eventually force you to stop littering, or pay large amounts of money and risk losing your hard-earned cash and finances. This is a very early version of this petition, but I hope that it gains adequate support, enough to make it enacted one day. More details for this will be here soon, but I want more ideas from you and other supporters on how to make this plan better, and more efficient. Our world and Earth is a gorgeous place, let us treat it like so.
