I believe that animal abuse is very cruel,and it should be controlled.We cannot completely solve this issue, but we should control it.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Do you know that animal abuse has been a global issue since B.C. times? Unbelievable! People have tried to solve this issue,but the problem has never been completely solved. Governments from across the world made laws to prevent animal abuse on specific animals.For example,it is illegal to eat bear palm in China.
I suggest that the government can pass laws to limit animal abuse and add a very big punishment to anyone that breaks it. Or,the government can also increase the punishment for the existing laws in addition to creating new ones. For example, the government can pass a law saying that people should not abuse or treat any animals cruelly in any way at any time.
The punishment can depend on the type of animal that is being abused. If the victim is an ant, due to common sense, of course the person won't have any punishment. I f the victim is a cat or a dog or any household pets, the punishment might be a fine to 5years of jail time. However, if the victim is an animal that we don't usually see, like dolphin or a black bear, the punishment should be a longer time in jail like 10-30 years. If the victim is an endangered animal, that person should spend their life time in prison.
