Comments: I am a taxpayer, for all the money this Government wastes on the Military and the war we are so short-sighted as to forget how much even a small investment in Space Exploration has and will continue to produce huge dividends in science and technology. Don't forget HOW we became the world leader in computer technology...not from IBM or HP but from NASA!! If we hadn't developed micro circuits for the Gemini and Apollo programs we wouldn't be the leader in technology we are today. Don't squander our nations furture by being penny "wise and pound foolish". The recoed is clear and unmistakable... NASA keeps the US at the forfront of Space and technology which is a competativness issue for our future prosperity!

Comments: NASA needs longterm committments from congress. NASA should not have to be justifying it's existence on a year to year basis. Only long trem funding of projects will move this great nation forward.

Comments: The future of the space program is vital to the technological standing of our country. We can't afford to lose ground to other countries in the science and technology sectors, as these sectors pay back so many long-standing dividends.
