Name: Jan Mulder on Apr 9, 2008Comments: As a connector I have trouble to use all the functions LinkedIn offers. Although Customer Service responds to my messages the issues are still not solved. The issues are taking place over a period of more than 5 monts now. Management needs to take its responsibility.Flag

Also LI management appears to have its own agenda and is pursuing that regardless of what its clients want. Both of these make a recipie for disaster.Flag

Name: Gabriel Guevara on Apr 16, 2008Comments: We, the undersigned users of LinkedIn, call on LinkedIn to act in a responsible, open, transparent, and responsive way. In particular, we demand the following: 1. LinkedIn must deliver on its promise of one business day service to business account customers. 2. LinkedIn must address significant service unavailability issues for all users that have plagued the service for six months now, since October 2007. LinkedIn will provide a plan to resolve this problem, the current status of service availability, and regular updates on its progress in correcting the problem. 3. LinkedIn must restore the filtered view of all pending Introductions sent by the user. LinkedIn limits the number of simultaneous Introductions. That makes it critical for users to view such Introductions so they can be managed and withdrawn if needed. LinkedIn removed this functionality in November. 4. Linked must stop removing features that make it harder for its more active members to use the service.Flag
