Comments: I'm concerned that poor customer service, such as what I've sometimes observed directly, will drive people away and thus make the service less useful for me.

Comments: This is a very mildly mannered petition compared with my thoughts. LinkedIn in my view still doesn't understand the business it's in. The business model is faulty, and their abuse of the people who have been the strongest advocates of LinkedIn is shameful. So I'm starting to advocate other alternatives.

Comments: When changes occur which effect the way in which people use LinkedIn - from displaying ones network and being able to get a snapshot of the extended network, through to very poor standard responses to queries about why one's account is suspended, LinkedIn are backwards in coming forwards - that is to say their communication to the very people who make their service an offering, is either non-existent or very poor. If LinkedIn can encourage someone like Bill Gates to start discussion, how is it they fail to communicate effectively using a similar medium to ALL of us on LinkedIn. I encourage LinkedIn to step up & rise to the challenge of providing a service worthy of the reputation it seemingly has in the market. Regards James Clark

Comments: Item #4 is probably the most annoying problem to date. I have sent numerous emails to support regarding disappearing features only to be ignored.

Comments: I would like to see users be able to contest when someone clicks the "I don't know" button or marks their InMail as "innapproiate" when clearly they state on their profile that they will accept such contacts.

Comments: Also, Linkedin has to give reason why they keep shutting down colleague search. I don't think its fair. I sent out only a couple of them since being activated and I spoke to most of those people and they claim they never clicked the I don't know button they just clicked later.
