We are opposed to the city taking over the ownership of Lincoln and University Park from "Single Family Residence" to "Public and Community Facilities". We believe that rezoning will give the city the first action steps to making changes to the current open space. We do not want changes to Lincoln Park or University Park. In particular, we STRONGLY oppose construction of park related buildings and facilities such as public restroom,skate parks and playground equipment.
